Nestled between the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix, our hotels are steps from everything Downtown Charlevoix has to offer. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning.

Charlevoix House was purchased in 2017 and fully rehabbed. This property located conveniently at 202 Michigan had been closed 7 years and we were thrilled to bring it back to the marketplace for guests to enjoy. We have continued to improve all aspects of the property year upon year.

The Northside was added to our portfolio in 2021 and rehabbed that same year to be a 7 unit Inn. We appointed all the rooms to be themed. Each room was updated as well as many of the common areas. It sparkles when you walk-in.

Our goal is to provide a great experience in Charlevoix that is walking distance to the retail and leisure, so that our guests can enjoy the beauty that Charlevoix offers.

OUR TEAM

Liz is our new inn keeper at the Charlevoix House. She loves helping guests and has lived in Charlevoix many years and knows the area like the back of hand. Liz is very experienced with retail and customer service and knows how to make a guest feel at home.

Terri just finished her 1st year as inn keeper at the Northside. She makes a superb breakfast and loves working with guests at the Northside to help make their stay great. She is an expert on all things Charlevoix and can point you in the right direction toward enjoyment.

Justin handles all things under the hood and if you have called on the phone to make your reservation then there is a chance you have run into him. He has been going to Charlevoix since he was an infant and loves bring his own family to the beautiful many decades later. Justin has a passion for travel, beer and all things sports.
