About Us
Tucked away between the picturesque shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix, our hotels are just steps away from the vibrant offerings of Downtown Charlevoix. Each morning, guests are treated to a complimentary and hearty breakfast.
In 2017, we proudly acquired Charlevoix House, a property at 202 Michigan that had been closed for seven years, and we undertook a complete renovation. We were excited to reintroduce it to the market, allowing guests to experience its charm once again. Since then, we have consistently enhanced all aspects of the property year after year.
In 2021, we expanded our portfolio with the addition of The Northside, which underwent renovations that same year, transforming it into a delightful 7-unit Inn. Each room was uniquely themed, and both the accommodations and many common areas were beautifully updated, ensuring a sparkling welcome upon entry.
Our mission is to deliver an exceptional experience in Charlevoix, all within walking distance of retail and leisure attractions, allowing our guests to fully enjoy the breathtaking beauty that Charlevoix has to offer.

Should you need anything, even something we might not have on hand—which is quite rare—Steffan has the know-how to procure it for you. When he’s not at the inn, you can find him soaking up the sun at the beach while listening to an audiobook. Don’t hesitate to drop by the house and say hello anytime!
Terri just finished her 3rd year as innkeeper at the Northside. She makes a superb breakfast and loves working with guests at the Northside to help make their stay great. She is an expert on all things Charlevoix and can point you in the right direction toward enjoyment.
Justin is the mastermind behind the scenes. If you reach out to us directly to book your reservation, it’s likely you’ll chat with him.
