A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 60 days before date of arrival. No refund thereafter. 100% credit may be permitted toward a future stay.

We permit a modification or cancellation of a reservation within 72 hours of making the reservation unless the booking is already within 1 week of the requested check-in date.

Charlevoix House and The Northside are entirely non-smoking inside and out.

There will be a $300 additional cleaning fee if there has been any smoking inside the property.

Check-in is preferred between 3pm and 10 pm. Please contact us if you expect to arrive outside these hours so arrangements can be made. 

Check-out is 11 am.
