We couldn't have had a better stay. The home is beautiful and was meticulously clean. We felt very welcomed. Terri is an absolute gem. The breakfasts were fabulous. Definitely recommend and we will be staying there on our next visit to the area.

The Northside was purchased in 2021 and rehabbed that same year to be a 7 unit Inn. We appointed all the rooms to be themed. Each room was updated as well as many of the common areas.
Farmhouse Room

Love this space that is right off of the common living room. We have some really great furnishings in it! Enjoy the queen sized bed with plenty of space. First floor unit.

Ernest Hemingway had a cottage in Northern Michigan and spent many summers in the area. We know he would love this 2 bedroom suite as he worked on the next great American novel. King bed in the main bedroom. Day bed with a trundle in the other. Both rooms have Tvs.

Terri is the Best! She made us feel welcome and created a very homey atmosphere! The place was clean, quiet, and charming! It is a short walk to the downtown. The breakfasts are very delicious. My wife and I will definitely be back here again!

Such a nice place!! Comfy beds and very clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite on the main floor and the shower pressure/temp was the best I’ve ever seen! Our host, Terri, made delicious blueberry stuffed French toast for breakfast. Plus there was coffee, fruit, bagels, and more.
